Leanne is an experienced Manager and File Reviewer with over 30 years in financial services. She has led teams across customer service, compliance, and quality assurance, and most recently worked as a Quality Assurance Officer, providing regulatory guidance and conducting pre-sale file reviews. Previously, she held senior roles such as Advice Review Manager and Compliance Monitoring Manager, implementing processes, managing stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Leanne holds the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, alongside additional qualifications in mortgage advice and financial administration. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness classes, hiking, travelling, and time with family and friends.
