Here at CATS, we do not employ file checkers - we employ Compliance Consultants who also review files, the key word here being ‘review’.

Our team of office-based File Reviewers are all qualified to at least Diploma level with four of the team being PTS with G60 or equivalent qualifications. We will not follow a tick box approach and nor do we try to catch anyone out. Our goal is to help, add value and work with our firms to make steady improvements to your advice process. We have our own HUB which gives you a dashboard oversight to all files reviewed along with valuable management information showing trends within your firm.
